this is not aloe vera juice. It is an aloe vera drink, there is a very clear difference. I love these drinks but all the nutritional facts the lady read out refer to pure aloe vera juice, which has to be taken in the quantities shown. You can drink as much of the stuff in thevid as you like and it will do you no harm but it won’t give you the benefits of taking a pure aloe vera supplement daily. If you? check the label you can see the ingredients - the fewer the better - with natural cane sugar.
