Fish like tuna, salmon are food that’s good for your heart. Any foods that contain healthy fats like natural peanut butter, nuts, you can take fish oil pills.

Whole grains are heart healthy. So is peanut butter, nuts ans tuna.
Here are my top recommendations:
Skippy All Natural Peanut Butter- You do not have to stir it, and you can not tell the difference between it and regular peanut butter.
Thomas’ Hearty Grains English Muffins- Both regular and honey wheat are really good.
Any whole grain bread is good.
Any tuna is good, just not too much due to mercury levels.
Cashews, pecans and walnuts are good for your heart.
Also, a multi vitamin is always good.
