Is Soybean oil a healthy heart oil?
I’ve been eating at “Zen” quite a bit lately because they claim to be healthy and provide portion control and Weight Watchers points. I asked them today what type of oil they use. They told me soybean oil. Is it a heart healthy oil?

its not too healthly overall, the healthiest oil for food in my opinion is sunflower oil
