@oihugs It’s not going to bulk them up because you need to do a sh*t ton of them to get to that point, but exercising everyday won’t cause? that, the one thing that will get the fat away is eating right and cardio

The squat is actually a little wrong, the? butt needs to go a little back, arching the back in. The version seen is actually not the best for the knees.

@son0000011 well, you will burn a little calories with? this, but this is for toning your abs, you need cardio for that. Toneitup has great videos with 15 minutes cardio. Is fun!


Thank you, I can feel it in my legs. Haven’t worked out for? a long time and decided that I’m going to do a little 15 minutes work-out every morning.

@son0000011 Pilates can help lose weight as you become more body aware and? in tune with it. Let me know if you’d like to know more - there are a fair few good online posts and articles about this. You should also add some cardiovascular activities like walking, running, swimming or cycling to your schedule too though. Enjoy!
