That is really fast and most likely not right. You have to measure your resting heart rate when you wake up in the morning before you even get out of bed. That is the most accurate.
Avg is 60-70
90 can be considered tachycardia, although most put it at 100.
If it is indeed 90 measured for a full week you might want to take a trip to the doctor, and start EXERCISING. Def. not normal for a teen!

A resting heart rate at 90 bpm is perfectly normal, especially if your not an athlete. Don’t let others scare you. I have had an arrhythmia since I was 12 (and I am now 16) and have seen so many cardiologists that explain what is normal and abnormal. Heart rate is individual, and 90pbm is not tachycardia, so don’t worry. Average heart rate is 70-80, but once again it’s individual. Also, it might be higher if you were doing activity before you took it or at different times of the day.
