Being born with a health heart and good genetics, One would be best served by a regular exercise program. An exercise program will cause good muscle tone, exercise for the heart muscle & good blood flow. There are some people who have never had fish in their diet and are healthy bec of a life style that included exercise.
Both. Fish oil has many different benefits, and it even helps with arthritis like what I have. You’d be surprised to see how good it is. But exercise keeps you toned up. I have to get off my lazy butt and start back up again myself. I don’t feel as good as I did when I was exercising. Even walking is good.
Regular exercise. Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health. It is performed for many different reasons. These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance and for enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the “diseases of affluence” such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity.
